Very efficient and handy. They went above and beyond expectations to work with our dates for pick up and delivery. Box was clean and nice looking.

We used Simple Box Storage for a move and storage during a remodel. Within 24 hours of calling to request a Simple Box it was delivered to our driveway. Upon moving to the new house the driver came promptly and moved the container to our new house. Communication was great and I had no problems with the customer service as they were efficient and helped me with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

This was our first move with a container and these folks made it easy! Thankfully, they were flexible when we weren’t quite ready for them to pick up the box and they delayed a day. I will recommend that if you’re filling the container, invest in straps and your load won’t shift. We were able to fill it about 90−95% and the straps kept everything in place w/minor shifting and nothing had fallen. We have a tricky driveway at the new house, with a couple of funky angles, but Dave laid it in there like it was constructed in place. We’d never met Dave or used a box service, but we were extremely happy and would recommend them in the future to our friends and family!

Yahoo’s with a truck & ‘experts’ in moving a storage container from point A to point B. Showed up 12 hours late with our box. Mind you this was a 5 min trip down the road, not to the other side of the country. They also said that the box remained flat while delivering(we were moving a piano along with the rest of the house) and that was a lie too. The box was at a 30degree angle most of the time they were trying to put it in the driveway. They then offered to ‘help’ us move in the next day as a little bit of service recovery. Once again couldn’t get ahold of anyone via text or phone. All in all a terrible experience, but on the bright side they were willing to give us the rental for free(we only used the box 5 days out of the 31 we had reserved it for). Would not recommend this company to anyone who expects the service they claim to provide.

We rented a box through these guys because they were local and seemed to be just what we needed for our in-town move. The Good: they were prompt in setting up the appointment, had a decent rate for a month’s rental/moving, and ended up fixing the bad… The Bad: their customer service seems great at first — very nice on the phone, but never called back when they said they would. Granted I had to call about 6 times on our drop off day because they were about 12 hours late in getting it to us. That part was really the main issue since we had a ton of help standing around waiting for this thing(holding 80% of the things we needed to move) and as the hours went by, the help dropped like flies. The owner of the company ended up taking over the issue(after the many un-returned calls to the office) and tried rectify the issue, but just ended up running into other issues which delayed him more. Lots of excuses for the delays, which were probably valid, but didn’t help us feel any better as the hours and promised delivery times passed. In the end, he rectified the issues and was very gracious in wanting to make it right for us. Oh, and one other issue was that the gal setting up the appointment assured me that the box would stay horizontal(not tilted on drop off or pick up) so items wouldn’t shift too much as we had some bigger, heavy items. Not the case! The dang thing was at nearly a 45 degree angle at one point at the drop off… needless to say that items shifted and some things were scratched/damaged. Don’t know that we’ll be using these guys again, but gave a 3 star as they were decent to deal with — even through the issues — and made it right in my book. Hopefully they learn a few things about scheduling, returning calls/updating clients, and having better back up plans when issues arise.
