I really want to give a big fat 0 for here. I have now come here for the last time. I work in Lynden, live in Lynden, & pretty much do all my stuff in Lynden. Well not here anymore. I am soooo tired of coming to get a pizza that is being advertised as Hot-N-Ready & them not have any. I just came in to get a lunch combo & what was I told. They don’t have any. It’s 1:00, not right before 2& not just after 11. It’s 1:00, plenty of time & early enough to have some made for customers. I wouldn’t be so upset, but, this is my 3rd time trying to get a Hot-N-Ready lunch combo just to be told I would have to wait 15 minutes for one because they are all gone. Someone needs to look at there systems & fix what’s going on.

The pizza was as expected, but the 5 stars were earned by the staff. They were super helpful and very friendly.

Very inconsistent, every time I order a pizza there is something different our wrong. The management staff is not flexible for changing crust on pizza. Recent was burnt. Sometimes you get lucky and your pizza is perfect.

Can you say«burnt pizza»?? They were not busy, I was the only one in there at about 3 in the afternoon ~ they made the pizza(a baby pan) and then stuck it in the oven and stood around talking and laughing in the back. I worked on a puzzle for way longer than necessary and finally went and asked where my pizza was. It was burned black all the way around the edges and near black on the bottom. It was also salty. Very salty, like someone spilled salt on it. Seems to me this place is in serious need of some training on how to give proper and timely customer service as well as a lesson in what food is and is *not* appropriate to serve. A refund AND a correct order would have been the appropriate thing in this matter. It’s pathetic, the ‘acceptable’ standard people are willing to dish out these days.
