Women’s Health Services Of Central Virginia

After sitting here in the waiting room for the better part of two hours I’m not sure if I should invoice the staff for my time or if I should just find a new provider for our future children. Few things are more frustrating than paying someone who does not respect that the universe does not revolve around their schedule. Even pizza is free when it’s late.

The drs are hit or miss some are good some u catch on bad days others love there jobs an to help. but front desk there is on that sucks she fights with u an tags ur account so u cant change apts. she needs to be in back away from public.

This place is the worst. I really have nothing to compare it to but I would hope other women’s centers treat people better. Every time I go I check at the front desk to a very unfriendly secretary who I feel like I am bothering with my presence. Then I wait usually a half hour to an hour after my appointment time to see the Doctor for 5 minutes if I am lucky. Then I had blood tests done this last visit and they said to call the next day, I called he next day and they said to all back in an hour as the results have not been read yet. I patiently waited and called back in an hour. They now said to call back in a half hour. This is really frustrating. I will be I finding a new womens health facility. I hope others will find comfort in a better one as well.

Five stars for getting another look and my baby before she’s born, 3 stars for having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. What’s the point in scheduling and appointment if you still have to wait 30 – 60 min to be seen?
They do have 3-​D Imagery. If your baby’s cooperative, you can get some good pics.

have been going here for 9 years and have always been happy with service and staff. Usually don’t have to wait long and staff & doctors are attentive.
