On a recent trip to Lexington, VA my rental broke down and they sent Trent tire and Wrecker with the new car. I had a hideous time with the rental company and the tow truck driver E.J. was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly during a very stressful time.
It is nice to see that some companies still have great employees who will go out of the way to help someone out!!!
