This location is fast to give you your food in the drive-thru and at the counter. I have been here multiple times and never had any issues. The food is always delicious and my orders are always correct. The Chick-Fil-A sauce is my favorite with any orders I get and I suggest it to anyone who hasn’t had it before. Overall, the staff here are super friendly and are on their toes, either cleaning off tables or offering to get you another drink.

Always enjoy some Chick-Fil-A and this is no different. I agree the parking lot is a disaster. However, the food inside is worth the trouble. Waffle Fries. Come on!

Worst Chik-Fil-A experience ever! So many people working it was confusing. Had to wait in line while employees purchased their lunch. Had to take a colored bucket to my seat while the made my food. No ketchup or hot sauce readily available … Have to ask for it. Food finally came and frys were only half full. When that was corrected they were cold and hard. My spicy chicken filet only covered half the bun with a watery tomato that looked a day old. This is why franchises are bad for brands! Got to Five Guys across the street. They never disappoint.

This is a busy place. The chicken sandwich and lemonade was exactly what I wanted. The milkshakes are really rich so I always order a size small. Service is really good.

Sometimes you just want Chick-Fil-A. I think sometimes Chick-Fil-A gets elevated to some sort of elite fast food status, and I’m not sure why. I mean, yes, it’s great, I love the food, but it’s gotten expensive! I usually leave feeling like, wow, I could’ve gone to a restaurant and gotten more food for the price. I’ve loved Chick-fil-A since I was a kid. Growing up, my sister worked at the Candler’s Mtn. Road store from the time it opened till she graduated from college. I admire the work Chick-Fil-a does in the community and their business model. They’re smart. As far as the food goes, particularly at this location, I’ve rarely been disappointed. To warn you, this restaurant is EXTREMELY busy. It’s on Wards Rd which is a nightmare in and of itself, but, they have a team of people just to regulate traffic through the drive thru. I will say I’m impressed with the leaps and bounds they have made to get people moving through as quickly as they can. They now have people who will take your order from your car so that you just zip through. Make sure you ask for your sauces when you order. What are my favorite Chick-Fil-A food items? Honestly, I don’t like their batter, never have. I’ve come to not mind it as much, but I find it salty and bland. It’s very southern tasting and I don’t care for southern food. My go-to has always been the chargrilled chicken sandwich. I do not like the new seasonings they are putting on it, I wish they went back to the original. I appreciate that they offer light mayo at chick-fil-a and have upgraded to the bigger ketchup packs. Also, their lemonade(I always get the diet) cannot be beat! I’ve tried their spicy chicken sandwich, I’d still rather have Wendy’s, but it’s not bad. They now offer grilled chicken nuggets which is awesome, but, so freaking expensive! Waffle fries are rarely cold here because they go through them so fast they don’t have time for them to go cold. Tips: if you aren’t starving, get the kids meal. You can get a 6 piece nugget, drink, fries, and, if you tell them you don’t want the toy, you can get a small cup of ice cream as well. Well under $ 5, so it’s a bargain, and plenty of food for a light lunch. I honestly just can’t go here for dinner. It’s just not enough food. I’d love to see them adopt more carb/paleo friendly options. If you’re looking for chicken on the run, this is where to go!

The parking lot is a A trap!!! The parking lot may be the worst designed parking lot in the history of parking lots. Do Not drive into the parking lot during lunch!!! The traffic could wrap all the way around the building and the vehicle getting their food could be trapped. As a result they can’t get out, so, no one else can move… thus TRAPPED! It took me over an hour to go through the drive-through. My advice is to go somewhere else.

Service is always great and after my encounter with the Red Cross seemed to be even better. The new grilled chicken sandwich had great flavor and it was moist. It tastes better than the chargrilled sandwich from before. Now go off into the lab and create a spicy grilled sandwich!

Love Chick-Fil-A, their original sandwich is the best and their peach shakes, ahhh! I usually hit the drive thru and the store on Candler’s Mountain Rd is my preferred location. Easier to get in and out. There’s always a line but it’s worth the wait. SUPER friendly staff!!!

Stopped here on the way to Roanoke. Just as good as any other Chick-Fil-A, but it was just super crowded. Went with the healthy grilled chicken on fake wheat roll. Parking lot is a little tricky, we just parked in the Golden Clogged Artery and walked across then went through some gas station and a quick light to get back on track…

Everyone knows that Chick-Fil_A has the best chicken sandwich on the Planet and I have to agree. I am only writing this to share my feeling on the way they were treated by the press when the CEO, who happens to be a Christian shared his belief about Marriage. I totally agree, and think the press should spend more time covering stories about people who are trying to kill us on the name of Allah. And who cares if the people of Chicago or Frisco or any other liberal town doesn’t get the benefit of a great Chicken Sandwich. If there were an Allah, He would like there chicken too! Randy

The best Chicken Fast Food joint on the planet. If you like anything involving chicken as much as I do, you’ll love Chick-Fil-A. They have fantastic service, all staff members are very polite and make sure to get your order out quickly and made just as you asked for it. When dining in, a staff member walks around to make sure that your needs are being looked after and if you need a refill on your drink. The restaurant is always clean and is a great environment for all ages. I would recommend visiting Chick-Fil-A to anyone. They are closed on Sunday’s to allow their staff members and others to attend Church. Great Company, Great People, Great Food.

The best«fast food» restaurant in Lynchburg… and possibly the world. I kid you not. Ok… so I am not in the habit of reviewing«fast food chains», but this one deserves some recognition. The best customer service experience I have ever had, on multiple occasions. I can’t even remember all the good things I have to say about them. Let’s start from the beginning. When this location first opened a few years ago, I was lucky enough to be one of the first 100 customers who received free food for a year(only lasted four months due to my addiction to their sweet tea(aka. sweet nectar of life) and juicy, mouth watering chicken). The excitement they were able to stir up for this grand opening was amazing. We were there more than twenty four hours before it opened, in the freezing cold, and they treated us like kings all night with free food, drinks, music, cows and other random niceties. Ever since that day the service just keeps getting better and better. They stop by the tables to refill your drink and give you sauces, are always extremely polite, very often support community groups and non-profits with charity events and donations, and I have never received so many free food coupons just to try new things or for having to wait an extra two minutes in the drive through(holy run-on sentence batman). And the food… I’ll keep this simple… a years worth of chick-fil-a eaten in four months… and I still eat it on a weekly basis. Enough said. This Chick-Fil-A has set the standard high(possibly unreachable) for all other fast food restaurants, if you can even call them that. I prefer to call them a home away from home. Here’s a fun«tip»: See if you can find Truett and Dan Cathy’s actual signatures somewhere in the restaurant. Go Forth and Eat Chicken!!!
