We’ve been coming here for many years. The staff is outstanding at their craft, and honest, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. I recommend Tony’s unequivocally.

Charges way too much, was given a receipt for 46 came back to find they had to charge me extra because my shirts were small size? Came home and found shirts still had stains on them that I easily got out with a little soap and water.

I typically do not write reviews… but after reading one of the other reviews on here I have decided to write one.
Let me start out by saying that I work over an hour away from this cleaners. Last week I brought in a pair of pants and a skirt (both part of a suit) to be dry cleaned but had forgotten the matching suit jackets at my office. I brought in the matching suit jackets the following day. When I went to pick everything up, I explained to the woman what had happened. I was surprised when she told me that because I came in on two separate dates she was charging me the prices for separates as opposed to charging me the prices for matching suits.
I know it is only the difference of $ 10, but to me it is the principle of the matter. I have been a loyal customer of this cleaners for a while now and was pretty surprised how unapproachable she was with this issue. I know I’m just another number in the grand scheme of things, but I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.
Decent cleaners until there is a customer service issue. Disappointing.

Best cleaners in town, clean, tidy and nice people. Always a smile whenever I go in, service is up to oar and better than others around.

After almost an entire decade of using this cleaners on a regular basis, today I went to pick up my husbands dry cleaning as usual. The bill was $ 4.50. I know the credit card minimum is $ 10 — but I was in a bind, had my 2 year old boy with me and it was freezing out. I didn’t realize i had no cash on me before I got there.
I was turned away despite the fact that my husband and I have given them literally thousands of dollars in business. I know that rules are rules, but going above and beyond for customer service would have been a nice thing to do. Well, lady, I hope that .25 cents you saved by not making that one time credit card transaction for a loyal customer this morning was worth it bc we are now taking our business elsewhere. Somewhere that’s actually convenient for us instead of going out of our way across Town to stay loyal to them. Nice knowing you.

Dry cleaning can be a hassle, if you don’t have a place you can trust. I have been to places before where they have lost my garment and another time the piece of clothing I absolutely loved, came back in shambles. The staff had no explanation either. It was heart wrenching.
I finally found a place! Tony’s is trustworthy and great. Every fall, I bring my winter sweaters to be cleaned. The staff at Tony’s are so friendly and always recognize a face. I brought my winter coat to be cleaned a few weeks ago and not only did they sew up the loose buttons, they put it in the plastic so I can have it protected and ready to go for next winter! Really cool.
My Mom brings her work suits for cleaning every few weeks, and they always come out looking brand new, without that chemical smell and feel some other dry cleaners leave behind.
This year I was super excited to see the sign in the window that they clean Ugg boots. After wearing my boots every single day during the fall/​winter of 2011/​12, they are in desperate need of some attention! I plan on bringing them in soon. This place is around the block from my apartment and I have never been disappointed with the service or quality.
…The comforter cleaning is a bit pricy but other than that, NO COMPLAINTS!
