Neuro Spine Surgery Center – Dr. Michael Chris Overby

«Insensitive, cold, and heartless… that is how my Mom described her first meeting with Dr. Michael Chris Overby. Her surgeon, Dr. Mitchell Levine, was out of the office and could not remove the staples in her back after her surgery. Dr. Levine is wonderful; not only talented, but kind. Unfortunately, he was traveling. I cannot believe how callous Dr. Overby was towards her… how he hurt her. Her back is black and blue, and extremely sore; he plucked them out very fast, not stopping as my mom pleaded to go slower. He made a comment to her, „this isn’t any worse than labor pains, is it?“. He took all of a couple of minutes to remove 15 plus staples. He said this in an uncaring, cold, sarcastic tone. What kind of a doctor does this? What kind of a man makes a 79 year old woman cry? I am sickened and furious as I write this.»
