Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing

I spent 3 months living at Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing (December 7,2015 to March 7, 2016 so I feel fully qualified to offer a review. First of all, the physical and occupational therapists were awesome.
Not only were they knowledgable about their fields, but they were enjoyable and caring people. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed having therapy 2 times a day. The food is good and sometimes outstanding. The staff except for one or two were skillful as well as friendly and agreeable. Some nursing personnel were so kind and thoughtful and really cared for their patients both physically and emotionally. Certain staff especially the recreation head were particularly awesome and always had an pleasant and upbeat personality. The rooms were pleasant although not fancy. When I was there the cleanliness of the facility was very good. The Administration responded to patients’ concerns in a timely manner. All in all I can say that my experience was excellent. I went in that place being unable to walk or go up stairs; I left walking and being able to stay in my two-​story house. Oh yeah, don’t forget to visit the COFFEE SHOP! Free coffee/​other beverages and snacks.
