Bruce is a gem. He and his crew are professional, clean, and quick. He was at my home when he said he would be each and every time. He took the time to explain my options and most important what would be best in his professional opinion. He and his crew arrived when promised, delivered exactly what was promised and gave a guarantee on the work preformed. I have referred Bruce to several friends and family members and all have received the level of satisfaction that I experienced. I have even had Final Touch correct botched sloppy work that I thought would/​could never look decent. Not only did Bruce make it look good, he exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the results. The saying is true you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny. I used Final Touch to paint the outside of my house. The price was reasonable and they even came down from the original price when I said it was a little too much. They just finished and they did a great job! I’ve already had neighbors complimenting the paint job. The painter was professional and really took pride in his work.
I also had them give me a quote to paint my basement floor and walls but the price was just too high so I decided against it for now.

I received 3 separate quotes to have exterior painting done on my house. Final Touch’s quote was less than half of the other two quotes in terms of price. Additionally, I requested that they do an additional piece that was not part of their original estimate, which would have been another few hundred dollars, but they did not charge me. They started their work just a few business days after I agreed to hire them (although that is probably unusually quick, I imagine). I asked them to redo a few small things & they were happy to do it. Like most people I have had some bad experiences with the professionalism of people hired to help maintain my house, but Bruce Matarazzo was a real pleasure to work with & based on my experience, has very high standards for his team’s work.

Well you know the old saying you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, well in this case the cover is much better. Bruce the owner loves saying no worries where all you should do is worry. Him and his workers especially Louise are horrible people they dont care about their quality of work or making customers happy. I tried having my plaster walls skim coated 3 new doors and baseboard and casing molding put up and painted the master bedroom and the foyer going upstairs. Well the doors came out good but nothing else did and had to be redone over and over until Bruce asked us if we would let him sign off the job due to their incompetence and never able to make the job look professional. Finally we had to hire another company who made everything look like it should have the first time. Well I can tell you this much the name Bruce chose for his company was perfect because Final Touch is what describes his company due do it’s the first and final time you’ll ever let them touch your home. I contacted Final Touch after reading their reviews at Unilocal.Bruce came to my house and promplly sent a written estimate within one day. Bruce and his company went above and beyond in terms of the work that they performed in my home. His men were prompt and courteous as well as being unobtrusive. I would recommend Final Touch with no reservations and have recommended them to two friends already.
