I just came in to pick up my daughters birthday cake(ordered and put a deposit last week). Cake was not done, not even started! Party in 40 minutes!!!

Carvel is a «no-fail» spot for me when I want a shake and despite the price this place is definitely not that bad. I personally wouldn’t buy a $ 4 ice cream come but the shakes I would, especially since I always use coupons and they take them!

I’ve had enough of this place. I walk out disappointed and my wallet feeling violated every time without fail. Came here this evening and paid $ 9 for 2 ice cream cones. Please someone tell me how that’s feasible? The sprinkles were so soft and tasted like they’d been sitting there for 6 years. Although the kids behind the counter are usually nice, I always feel like I’m interrupting a Lynbrook HS powwow when I walk in.

A tiny little hole in the wall, this Carvel was a beacon of light when my girlfriend and I started craving an ice cream after a long day of road tripping and beach walking! I went simple with the soft serve vanilla ice cream in a sugar cone. She did the hard scoop cookie dough in a waffle cone. Both were incredible! I love how they also solve a world famous problem! No ice cream will drip down your hand here with the little plastic«catch» cone holders they provide! I’m holding off one star simply because I believe $ 4 for a soft serve cone is slightly ridiculous. What happened to the days when you could get that for a buck!??
