I’m a first time customer and called when I was looking at a new product i had no experience. Talked to a real person with real knowledge of cycling and product knowledge. Additional questions about returns and shipping gave me the confidence to do business with them. Clothing arrived on time as they said and fit was spot on as per their recommendation.

First, I’m not affiliated with this company in ANY way. Their product and particularly their service is outstanding. I found them after looking for bib shorts and jerseys on google. I read the above good review about them and then decided to go with them. The quality of the item I received was excellent but I ordered one size too small. So I called them on the phone and within less than 24 hours, a friendly individual called me back and we worked out a very reasonable exchange for a better fit.

Great customer service, on online orders — I called late on the day before a holiday, and immediately (no talking to a computer!) someone who knew what he was talking about, and motivated to work with me to most efficiently solve a problem with my order. It seems to be a relatively new company, but I hope at their customer service stays awesome!
