Couldn’t be happier to see this place close. Waiting in line to be rung up is like going to the dentist for a root canal. 2 great companies that refused to change the way they did business or update its processes. Get out of the boardroom and come down and discover what your customers before it’s too late.

Like so many others I continued to shop at Kmart because I had shopped there with my family growing up… this morning I read in the newspaper that the store in Lutz, Florida (Land O’Lakes) is closing in March. Liquidations starting this weekend.

Every time I go into Kmart, I feel like I’m a little girl coming in here with my mom. It just seems like this store has not been updated. There’s also a very small garden section.
This time around I was excited to find 70 percent off Xmas Items. I even got a Xmas tree for a great deal. It made me happy.
I look over their shoes and clothes. They do not seem like anything special to me. I browse through the bath and bed section. It is okay selection, but bold and bright colors and soft materials are hard for me to find here.
I don’t go here often maybe a few times a year, but they seem to be pretty giving with coupons.

As Rainman says, «K-​Mart sucks.» I don’t like any of the locations, but this one has poor customer service. I avoid K-​Mart at all costs. I was going to give them another shot when lured there with Shop Your Way reward points from buying a microwave at Sears. What a scam. These points expired only 11 days after my purchase. And half the time, the cashiers don’t know how to let you use the points at K-​Mart. Bad attitude, higher prices than Target and Wal-​Mart and lower quality items. You couldn’t get me to go back if you paid me! Don’t waste your time!

I get my prescription’s filled here. Great pharmacists, they are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’ve shopped for somethings here, but food, beauty products, nutrition, gardening can be more expensive then going to Walmart. Kmart is rarely busy which is nice, but they usually only have 2 cash registers going, so it can be a pain to check out.
They do have really nice «after holidays specials,» you can find really cheap prices to stock up for the next years holidays.
