Whenever my computer breaks, I bring it to cyberguys. The technicians don’t fool around and they are there to save you money. Unlike most businesses, they tell you the truth. Other computer repair stores I’ve dealt with have given me outlandish prices for issues that seemed simple to fix, but here they tell me the cost and update me before they buy anything. I have not only gotten my computer fixed here, but my mom bought me a laptop here as well because she too trusts the techs at cyber guys.

These Guys are Great at Repairs. Ed, Jessie and Craig Really care about my equipment and issues. They are fabulous Techs that have tons of Knowledge and Experience. They Fixed my PC and My MAC at a very reasonable cost. There Technical Abilities far surpas the other stores I’ve been to. There pricing is avg to others but the repair work is done right the first time. I Highly Recommend These Guys.

My laptop screen went out on me this week so I decided to bring it in to Cyberguys to see if it could be saved. I never expected the PC would be fixed the same day!

I brought my laptop in here a few weeks ago for a few reasons. The main reason was because my USB ports had fallen into the laptop. I had taken it to another store before for the same issue and they eneded up doing more damage than actually fixing the problem. Anyways… I brought it here and the guys were very nice. I explained my issues (the USB port, my left speaker wasn’t always working, and there was a really weird sound coming from the laptop itself). I paid the $ 99 for the diagnostics and first hour of labor and handed the laptop over.
I was expecting to get a call back in a week or so telling me that they were done. I actually got a call back 2 days later and they explained to me how they fixed the USB port. I haven’t had an issue with it since.
Now the speaker still doesn’t work all the time and I’m still getting that weird noise. That’s why I’m deducting a star. The guy said he watched a movie and the speakers worked fine and that he never heard the sound I was referring to. I hear the noise 9 time out of 10 that I’m on my computer. The speaker thing I can live with since all I have to do it turn my volume up and it comes on. But I’ll probably be taking my laptop back here since the sound is getting worse. All in all I was very happy taking my computer here. The guys were very nice and knew what they were talking about unlike the guys at Best Buy.

Entering the store, you can feel the confidence of the owners and technicians/​sales people. Parking and access to the store is very convenient. You won’t have to wait .long, The service is impeccable.
Some «local» folks paint their stores orange, move to Howard Street and then they vaporize as do so many Howard Street merchants. There is another merchant whose operation reminds me of the cast of an old John Waters movie (queens, freaks, cross-​dressers, etc) With the Cyberguys, you’ll find the «porridge» is just the way you like it.
My first experience was excellent. I tried to buy «more stuff» than was needed. They talked me down from wasting my money. The service they performed was done perfectly, the price is good, and the tech was very helpful.
The Cyberguys are the antithesis of the Best Buy clerks in Lutherville. I’m heading there shortly.

After going to Best Buy and feeling like the workers there were annoyed by my laptop questions, I decided to try this computer shop. The people who worked here were so helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my computer for much less than I would have been charged at Best Buy. Also, I bought a computer there and I am confident that I will get great support if I need it. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a new computer or with an old one that is on the fritz.
