Diana’s European Skin Care

I absolutely love Diana’s. I suffer from extremely dry skin which causes it to be red esp in the winter. Diana made me feel relaxed, confident, and my skin has never looked better! The spa itself is very clean and the young girl Natalie gives amazing facials. 5 stars!!! *****

I’m sorry that Stephanie had such a disappointing experience. I have only found Diana and her staff to be very kind and accommodating. I have become a regular because of this. I have never seen or heard Diana being rude to anyone. Diana is not snobby and certainly not a bitch. Her credentials are impeccable and my skin has never looked better!

I just got a great wax from Kristen. As far as waxes go, it was virtually pain free. Definitely going back.

This is place is owned by one rude snobby Euro bitch. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment for a bikini wax, called in advance to tell them as such (as there was terrible unexpected traffic). The receptionist told me no problem, to come anyway and I would be accommodated. When I got there, I waited for 10 minutes (not a problem, and I apologized again for being late) before the owner Diana came out and actually started chastising me about «this issue» as she called it (up until this comment, I had no indication that this was an «issue»)…she bitched about how she was «trying to run a business here» and asking «how are we supposed to see you when you come late to your appointment?» and complaining about how busy she was. I was speechless (at first)…I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have never experienced such an unfiltered, rude reaction from the owner of a salon, or any business for that matter… especially after calling ahead and confirming that it was still ok to come and keep my appointment. Maybe it was the receptionist’s fault for not checking… who knows. One thing I know is that you should NOT take out your stressful day on a first-​time customer. Someone needs to teach this woman and her employees a thing or two about interpersonal skills. Not one person apologized for the situation. Needless to say, i left without receiving any services and will never go back. Please do NOT support this business and its appallingly rude owner and staff… unless you are there to spend thousands on some fancy procedures; they seem like the type that treat you very differently based on how rich you look and how much money you are there to spend.
(Note: i actually left and went to Towson Nails down on Seminary Rd and they accommodated me as a walk-​in right away… excellent service and they did a great job on the bikini wax too!)
