J.D., I would like to respond to your 09÷28÷15. It’s a nice story but not relevant. You tried to cheat us out of our $ 10,000 deposit. You used unapproved methods, did not obtain the appropriate permits and according to Calvert County permits office, lied to them and later apologized for your behavior. The county inspector shut you down and it ended up working in our favor. Is that why you ended up selling this property for $ 35,000 less than you were trying to sell it to us for? It all adds up now why you were asking for a $ 40,000 deposit so if anything went wrong you could try and keep the money. You were wrong and you owe us an apology. And by the way, we never received reimbursement for the cost of the tiles we bought for the bathroom. I have often wondered how you put your head down at night knowing how you have treated people. I hope you have learned to be honest.
