If I can give this place a zero I would. First they sent a bill for $ 100 for someone, who was in the area, to look at it. This charge I was NEVER told about!!! After this «inspection» all they said was «yep, it’s broken»! Wow! I could of told them that! They NEVER said what was wrong, how to fix it, where to get parts, etc. I had to keep calling them, which they’d say they’d call back with information, but they NEVER have!!! All they wanted was to sell me a pool. When it became obvious I wanted parts to fix the pool we have and not buy a new one, it was the bill for $ 100 in mail and ZERO help or information! STAY FAR AWAY from them!

Very poor service. Had to pay full amount within 10 minutes to order. Took 3 weeks to get. Provided no info regarding electrical needs or location requirements. Brought it, dumped it, no setup chemicals, no follow up. Thanks a bunch!
