Watch out when you check out! We walked in on Valentine’s Day, and bought three items. There was no tv screen to show the price when the cashier scanned each item, and she even didn’t tell the total price before we swiped the card. And then she put the receipt inside the shopping bag right away. After we went out of the store I took a look at the receipt and I saw that for two of those items she had charged more than what the price tag showed! One item was $ 26.5 showed on the price tag and they charged &32, they other was $ 10.99 however they charged $ 12.99. And we went back to talk to them they tried to give us store credit for the difference, since we don’t come there all the time and it was not our fault so we requested to give us cash back. So she voided the previous payment and processed the sale one more time. Ok and then she just corrected one item to $ 26.5 but still charged $ 12.99 for the other item which should be $ 10.99! We were really not that happy and had to go back inside one more time. After we left we realized maybe we were not the only customers who been charged extra for no reason. It’s an adult store so people usually don’t stay for too long and don’t ask about the total price when check out, even don’t check the receipt after purchase. And that’s perhaps how they get extra money from customer by using this customer psychology. So be carful and double check when you buy something from this store!
