Starting 10 – 12 years ago up until the time I graduated high school, Beall’s was THE place to get cool clothes. For us poor Hardin County-ites, that meant convincing your parent to travel to Silsbee so you could search the clearance rack for some insane 90% off deal and lust over $ 50+ shoes. Then the Lumberton Beall’s opened and one had little reason to go to Silsbee. Expensive home décor items and cheap-ly made clothes are awaiting the tried-and-true die hards who want to get their grandkids’ Christmas gifts without driving to Parkdale Mall in Beaumont. Be sure and bring a coupon from the Sunday or Wednesday paper along with you.
