Loving Toyota Scion

This is my second visit here, both times they were ready at my appt. time, reasonable amount of time for the service and service staff friendly and attentive.

My husband and I were in the market for a new or used car since mine had recently died. We were greeted outside as we pulled up and then when something came up they found another gentleman to help us out. He was a online finance associate, as opposed to an actual salesman. But anytime we asked a question, he seemed to know the answer. He was extremely respectful with «Yes ma’m» and «Yes sir» which made my husband and I laugh! He was great though. We were able to be real with him. He helped us out every step of the way. When we got to financing we hit a snag, but he let us drive the car home that night and we just had to come back the next day to sign some of the paperwork. We did that, and it ended up that he had the entire finance team on the case! One woman stayed on the phone with one company for more than an hour trying to sort things out. The only downfall was that when we went into the finance managers office, he tried to sell us on a lease. Trying to make us feel like the loan didn’t go through, sending us into panic. I told him I did not want a lease. He tried arguing with me, and I refused. He finally gave us the paperwork to sign to purchase the car. I couldn’t believe he did that, especially after all the work these other two finance associates did to get us the loan. Extremely rude and greedy. But that was only him. The rest of the staff was great. We even met the owner and his dog, who were both extremely friendly.
We finally signed the papers, and drove away!
A week or so later we received a call from the finance department and they said they found a much better deal. We would keep the same monthly payment, but the interest was much lower which made us able to shave an entire year off our loan payments!
We would suggest this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat!

When in the market for a new truck or car this is the place to go. My experience was top notch and spot on in all aspects. Friendly service and great deals. This family of dealerships has taken great care.
