Excellent customer service! My car had a punctured tire & wheel a hundred miles away from my home and destination, and these guys went above and beyond to help an out-​of-​towner! They have the only nitrogen pump for tires in Lufkin, and helped brainstorm solutions to get me home. They called all the other tire shops in the area to find what I needed and patiently explained each part so I understood exactly what was needed and the costs. Shoutout to James for making this harrowing car breakdown experience much better. Highly recommended!

The Cooks on North st. Very poor customer service, did not honor warranty for tires. Lost my info for my paid tire and balance. Over charged my son last week on replacing a wheel stud and charged $ 30 for just a patch! Will do everything in my power to make sure the word gets out hiw this cooks on north st does business!
