This was the first place I worked, and the management instilled in me the value of keeping customers happy, and the restaurant in pristine condition.
The good folks in charge 15 years ago are still running the show, and I can tell they are still running a tight ship.
It’s Chick Fil A, and I don’t think I’ve ever been to an unfriendly or dirty Chick-​Fil-​A.

This is one place you can never go wrong with…
There food always taste great.
You always get great service.
Chick fil la sauce is my favorite.
The extra price is worth the quality of food. When in doubt go to chick.

I don’t believe they have ever gotten our order wrong, which is quite rare for fast food joints in Lufkin.
The food is always delicious and hot and the service is friendly.

I typically only eat breakfast at this location. I rarely drive thru. The staff here is extremely friendly and are quick to converse when they aren’t too busy. Excellent customer service.
Occasionally, I’ll have them deliver lunch for me in the Lufkin area. They are prompt and efficient and deliver on time.
In a day when quality customer service seems to be dying, it lives and thrives at this Chick-​Fil-​A.
Oh, and try the chicken biscuit with egg and cheese added. It’s really good!

Not only is this place clean, great food, but how about caring people? Yesterday I spent 5 hours with these wonderful employees on their day off teaching them First Aid/​CPR/​AED Training. After having a situation in their store where they felt helpless, they decided it was time to get certified. «THEY» decided to be ready to save your life if the situation arises again. We need more people like these. Not only are you going to get great food but you will be waited on by people who care about your safety and your life. GREAT JOB & I HOPE OTHERS FOLLOW SUIT And Julie is a wonderful person, go by, meet her.

As alway the food was awesome! The staff were so sweet and helpful they were packed but they still served us quickly.

Fast friendly service, clean inside with a brand new interior. Excellent breakfast!
Highly recommend the chicken egg & cheese bagel. The best fast food breakfast out there! Their coffee is delicious as well, which makes this a perfect first stop on a long road trip.

Always busy, but service is fast and friendly.
Julie runs a good store and her employees take pride in doing a good job. I have never had a problem with the service at this location and even though this place is packed at lunch (especially when school is out) they move lots of people and lots of chicken through the doors. Chick-​fil-​A sandwich always hits the spot, and yes, you can order it without pickles. Waffle fries are my daughter’s fave, but for my personal taste could be cooked a few seconds longer.

This location has all the hallmarks of a wonderful Chick-​Fil-​A experience. The food is consistently delicious and the right temp, the staff is more than happy to accommodate any requests you have, and even during the busiest times of the day, service is quick and the restaurant is clean.

I love Chick-​fil-​a! I so wish we had one in Hawaii, but sadly we do not. So, this is one of my stops when I come to visit Lufkin. I absolutely love their chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and fresh squeezed lemonade. It’s all delicious!

I don’t know what it is, but we Lufkinites absolutely LOVE our chickfila. And for good reason! It’s delicious! I would give them more than five stars if possible for the food alone, but this review is going to focus on this particular chickfila and it’s layout. I would never discourage going to this chickfila, but I think you could use a little forewarning to your advantage:
1. Like I said, this whole town is obsessed… So it is PACKED at lunch. The lines still move remarkably quick for how busy it gets (I mean the car line generally wraps around the building). They recently split the lines into two to make ordering faster, but I feel like this bottlenecks the line a little.
2. If you don’t want to wait in the drive through line, parking isn’t always ideal. The drive through line can block most parking spots in, so sometimes it’s a little difficult getting out.
But not all hope is lost, here are some tips!
1. Park in the Old Navy parking lot. It’s really not a far walk.
2. Consider going to the Chickfila across the loop in the mall. It’s quieter and less stressful
Really, I’d like to give chickfila 5 stars because the food is good and I’ve never had bad wait service. But that’s the provlem! It’s too good! And so it creates heavy traffic and parking problems. However, if you’re a patient person, I think you’ll be fine. I still go at least once a week! :)

Food is great, but the drive through has always been slow for me. The inside area is a little quicker, but not by much.

Man I love me some chick fil a best chicken place ever in nac except for raising canes they are equal … Chick fil a sauce is WESOME

This review is not about their food, and about something greater.
Why would you take your business to a place that degrades a certain population of innocent people? For many of you, this topic may seem very grey at the moment, but I assure you it is black and white. 50 years from now, Chick-​Fil-​A is going to look very very stupid, along with the costumers who support it. You are supporting their beliefs by eating their food. Some of you might say «who cares what they believe in, their food is good.» Trust me, it matters. Many businesses practiced similar beliefs, decades ago, in regard to segregation. How smart do they look now?

This is the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been through. This place is always packed, but they are super duper fast. I’ve never had them mess up an order and the food is always hot and fresh. Once you get to the window it takes less than a minute to pay, get your food and be driving off. Seriously, they are that fast. Also? They gave my dog a dog treat when she was riding co-​pilot. Awesome service x 100.
