I just moved to the area from Central MA and I have been out here a few weeks for school. I drove to my gym in Ludlow, about a half hour away from where I live, and one of the support bars in the back of the car became lose and the car started to shake violently. I panicked! My usual mechanic was almost an hour a half away and the tow would have cost a fortune. On a Saturday I googled mechanic’s and John Quill’s name was the first to come up. I called and asked if he was open, he technically wasn’t but he still told me to bring the car down. on his day off! I got it towed there, the support bar snapped on the way down from the tow truck and we could obviously see what the problem was. On a SATURDAY John got the part to fix the car, reasonable price, and got my car out of the shop that day. I got about 10 min away and it turned out that the breaking off of this bar had caused a previous condition to become more apparent and the car began to violently shake again. I called John, told him what happened and he told me to bring the car back. He was able to figure out the problem, now in the front of the car which we hadn’t even thought to look at since we could see the snapped bar in the back. John was able to fit my car in that Monday, completely replaced my front breaks and even though he had other appointments, was still able to get my car back to me on Monday. I’m a 23 year old girl who knows nothing about cars and was completely unfamiliar with the area and John made this terrible experience with my car a breeze. I can’t recommend a more caring, knowledgeable, fair and dedicated person to take care of your automotive needs. As long as I live in western MA, he is who I will go to.

Excellent customer service! Quick to fix your car and they explain EVERYTHING to you. Honest guys. John Quill is a super nice guy, also. I find them to be cheaper than most places, even Primos (usually they get their parts the cheapest they can find). Will go to again and HIGHLY recommend them!
