Worse Taco Bell Service EVER! Pulled in was told the system was not up yet, it was going to be awhile. Went to the window I asked what time they get to work to start their system was told 6am. I said its 7:15. The manager told me she can’t help when her system boots up its automatic. My wife and I tried to voice our complaints about the service at this location and she was rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. We left and did not order food. Previously we attempted to go there on 10÷2÷2015 at 7:15 am the place was pitch black, no light on at all. These are not the only times this has happened where they are not open for business at the advertised time. Other times when they happen to be open we have been told there are no biscuits ready and they are still frozen. We eat fast food maybe 4 times a month and I find it hard to believe that is a coincidence that the few times we try to eat there they are not ready for service. This must be a very common behavior for this location. And the manager was rude and looked like she just climbed out of bed. It’s not only the morning service that is like this other times of the day it has been just as unprofessional. I don’t like fast food but when I choose to eat it I eat Taco Bell. But since moving to Ludington I hate Taco Bell. I’ve put off complaining for months hoping it would improve. I don’t know how this location is even staying in business.

Quickest service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Clean with a large parking lot so you don’t have to worry about where to park your camper or car pulling Waverunners.
