Lucerne Valley Self Storage

I know I said I would NEVER use U Haul again after the bending-​over I got from Security Public Storage, but I would have had to spend an additional $ 100 to use another truck rental company due to my location. Needless to say, I was very hesitant but Kyle at Lucerne Valley Self Storage let me look over his shoulder on his computer monitor and showed me the maintenance record and notes for the truck that I was about to use to assure me that I was getting a good truck this time. Then when I had to call him and tell him I was going to be a little late with the truck, he was super helpful and very accommodating. Excellent customer service, and I felt very safe in the 15′ truck that I used for this project. Thank you, Kyle! You are amazing!!!
