My favorite comic shop! Good selection and friendly staff. Their ‘pulls’ can get messed up a lot though… but they will correct it as soon as notice (so just keep an eye on it). Whenever I need a series/​comic ordered they are helpful. It’s library quiet but I love not being pestered by the workers and just left comfortable shopping.
So glad to hear they are expanding to having another shop!

There are a few places to buy comic books in this town. None of them are dedicated to ink and paper quite like Robert and the crew at Star Books & Comics. When it comes to customer service the staff here are second to none. My pull-​list is always ready to go and further reading suggestions are always given. Various perspectives are available in terms of what’s out there from Sam, Robert and Todd. Super friendly and my only place to get comics here in Lubbock.
Seriously. Star rocks.

I called to see if they carried an obscure-​ish, new comic, «Finding Gossamyr,» and not only did they have it, but he was kind enough to hold a copy at the register for me. They made it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for!
