Sleep Inn & Suites

Great stay for graduation! Despite a full hotel and being in a room next to the elevator, it was very, very quiet. Room accommodations were nice and everything was very clean. This location is right on the loop, and you have quick access to popular areas like Slide/​Loop, Quaker/​Loop, Texas Tech, and more. There is also a newly opened shopping center just across the loop that has a Pie 5 and various other shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were all very friendly and breakfast was great. All in all, a great stay at a good price. This will be our go-​to hotel in Lubbock in the future!

The hotel is nice and clean but one washing machine for the whole hotel is a little ridiculous. I have seen much smaller and less nice hotels have multiple machines.

We had a great stay. The room was clean. The property was well maintained. The staff were efficient. The property is in a good part of town and the rates were competitive.

We had a great time there. We really did. The room was excellent, very new, modern and super clean. The area the inn is located in is very quite. Most what everyone has written is true. There are only 3 complaints. 1. The hot tub was extremely salty on the 2^nd night we used it.
2. Breakfast was fair but there was a back up for waffles due to one waffle iron was not working.
3. All employees were very nice, not a mean one in the bunch BUT one employee there I caught blowing on the waffle iron trying to get crumbs out of it. She wasn’t doing it to be obnoxious but yeah that just was not good to do. Being it is self serve, it would be handy to put out some cooking spray so there would be no crumbs? It was problematic for most trying to get the waffles out as well as the person who does breakfast.

Stopped here on our return trip from Colorado vacation to catch some sleep. First impression was good but room door would not deadbolt (room 104) and wifi was pathetic (I needed to work for 20 – 30 minutes but have already been on hold 20 to get internet). Interesting that #1 item on guest safety recommendations (back of key envelope) is «Always Use Deadbolt». Look elsewhere if these matter to you. Tonight the internet was important to me and my wife prefers doors that lock. Indifference from front desk clerk. Hmmm.

Great place for a great price. Got the room with the hot tub/​jacuzzi in the room. Very nice!
Bed is huge, nice flat screen TV, nice big room. Located in a great part of town. Plenty of parking, nice pool and good breakfast

Almost everything about this hotel was spot-​on. Overall hotel and room were very clean. Bathroom was awesome… loved the shower with glass doors! Staff was very pleasant. Low noise level. Quite area of town, but short drive to any place in town. Breakfast was typical included fare; not great, not terrible. Self-​made waffles are always the star! I read comments about spotty wi-​fi, but it worked just fine for me.
I definitely recommend this Sleep Inn for anyone traveling to Lubbock. I will be staying here in the future.

New, clean, modern and friendly staff. Excellent complementary breakfast. Easy access from the highway. They allow pets and our room was clean and smelled fresh. A really great value for your money.

This place is awesome from check in to check out! The hotel is brand spanking new and it shows! The front desk clerk was soooo friendly and professional. He was also super accommodating when I asked for a room on the top floor and a late check out.
The rooms are super luxe! Beds super comfy, 46″ plasma flat screen, and makeup mirror in the bathroom! They even have an iHome alarm clock so u can charge your iPhone and listen to music off it!
The breakfast is legit also! Not just reg blah continental, u can make your own waffles!
The indoor pool and hot tub are fantastic and the fitness center is all new. I had all three to myself when I went @10pm, which was so relaxing!
Have added this one to my favs, I’m a Sleep Inn fan anyway, but these new suites are a super sweet deal!
