Do not use them, they are ignorant criminals… There are many more reasonable and more intelligent shops in Lubbock. Very disappointed with how they do business. Not sure how they are still open.

Worst experience with any business… ever! Gave what it would cost to change out one rear speaker in a Lexus, as well as time required. Waited and waited, with no one advising why I was taking so long. Finally went to back to find out, only to see the entire housing box & speaker torn up. Was then told they cut the speaker box up to try to «engineer» a solution! Additionally, advised we would have to pay for an entire new system! They even broke off the bolts that hold the seat belt in place. Replacing this required service by Lexus dealer & was quite expensive. We left with the vehicle torn up. Had to have the mess MGM made repaired by a «real» audio company, which involved a much bigger job & much more expense than was originally needed. MGM was totally clueless & incompetent. Worse yet… not honest. Bait & switch. Do NOT make this mistake!
