I make a point to try every place twice before giving it a bad review, just in case I had an isolated bad experience. I went to this place twice – both times were equally dreadful in different ways. The first time I went for a facial. I told the lady I wanted to clear the pores around my nose. She was so rough that my face was swollen the next day my skin felt scabby. I called to ask to see their doctor. They didn’t seem surprised, as if this kinda thing happened often there. They told me to come in and they gave me steroid cream to apply to my face. After a few days it went away. The experience was far from relaxing and I was teary-​eyed the whole time. I decided to give them another shot. I thought the first time I just got a bad employee. I requested to have the other lady (there’s only two) and requested microdermabrasion (which cost a pretty penny). They told me microderm facial would be about an hour an a half – give or take a couple minutes. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was pretty annoyed that I didn’t get treatment for the full time. I told the girl at the front desk and she told me that it just depends on the person. I ended up paying the full price even though I only got ¹⁄₃ of the service. Learn from my mistake, save your money, don’t come here.
