We had a large rehearsal dinner here this past weekend. It was perfect! Mr.
Kershner said he could cook a great steak, and he was right. In addition to the thick, juicy ribeye steak, there was a delicious potato casserole, good green beans, good pinto beans, and a nice salad. You better hope you save room for dessert! I also wanted a fun dance band, and Mr. Kershner knew just who to choose. The staff was wonderful and I am certain my guests had just as much fun as I did. I found Mr. Kershner wonderful to work with, and, if I ever need to host another event in Lubbock, I am calling him immediately!

Inside’s been a part of my Friday routine on and off for twenty years. His lunch buffet… sausage, chopped brisket, chicken and dumplings, and desert… is simple, but that’s exactly how its meant to be. The atmosphere is definitely West Texas and the live music simply adds to the charm. One word of warning: cash only.
It’s hard to build a business on 1 service a week, but the purpose of that service is to act as a showcase. Most of the time Inside Four Bar K is rented out for special events. We had our rehearsal dinner in the pre-​fire building and I’ve attended a number of corporate parties in the re-​incarnated facility.
