The best customer service I’ve experienced since moving to Texas! Neil is so informative and patient. We had an unforeseen loss of a loved one so we had to reschedule our service. Neil called the next morning after he received the message and just called to express his condolences to my family. That shows how much he cares about his clients!

Had my windshield replaced a year ago this past December and have had nothing but problems since then. I constantly hear a wind noise in the lower corner of my windshield and now with all the rain we’ve had, my seal has torn and I have a constant stream of water coming into my car and into my headliner. My car is in excellent condition, and of course when I went to call them, they said there was nothing they could do since I am almost 6 months over my 12 month warranty.
I would not recommend this company to do your windshield. It has been an awful-​expensive experience that I would not want anyone else to have to experience.

Husband’s back window of his SUV was blown out in a microburst on Friday night. Called them for an estimate on Monday and they were able to take it on Tuesday. Would have been replaced that day but the window was a strange one (had antennas built in and tint). Window was ordered Tues and came quickly on Wed. Installation looks like new! Estimate was reasonable too.
