Went here with my daughter to get her ear pierced. Patty was great she explained to my daughter that her ear wasn’t the right size or shape for the Industrial that she wanted. Instead of being a bunch of jerks like most people would have been just saying «nope can’t do it» she helped my daughter come up with a freaking awesome alternative. I have tattoos and piercings and have been to countless shops from California to Florida. It takes a lot to make me want to go back to a shop, I will go back here and have some work done. ONE MORE THING. I called 5 shops including this one, why would you not have a full staff (artists, piercer ext…) working at 4 pm on a Tuesday? Full staff, clean, great layout, and nice private booths so people don’t just stare at you like an animal.

This tattoo parlor is like a diamond in the rough. I was a little skeptical when I first pulled up to this place, but when you walk in very clean and professional environment. Orlando the artist that worked on my tattoo did phenomenal job and I could be more pleased with how it turned out. I would argue that he is one of the best artist in Lubbock. If you wanna get some work done I highly recommend this shop and Orlando.
