When I was at DSW, the service was actually great. A girl who worked there helped accomodated us. Whats wrong with DSW is that the shoe choices aren’t a lot. Like if you are looking for a specific shoe, you can’t find it there. I think they should improve the store contents just to be competetive enough to other shoe stores

When I can’t find a pair of shoes that say take me home, it is either an off shopping day or meh.
Not one sales person approached me, would have liked some cute booties. Nothing really in that genre, even in a larger size. Looked to be old inventory and quite lackluster. Very little foot traffic. Won’t be back.
