Alternative Health Bodywork & Massage

I had some terrible neck and shoulder pain after working on a computer straight during the weekend. My head was hurting badly and so was the back of my eyes. I even thought about going to a hospital but I wanted to try getting medical massage first.
Jeff was very professional and he clearly knows what he was doing. I have tried a few places in Lubbock and they were good for relaxation but not for solving a specific issue. He explained how my muscle functioned and what caused the tension, and made sure that the problem was solved by the time the session was done. At the other places, when I mention «neck pain», they do work on neck but without identifying what part of muscle is causing that pain. He was able to locate the specific muscle that caused this pain and then made assure that the pain is gone.
This morning, I woke up with zero pain. Also, I realized that my blood circulation got far better than before, even though the massage only targeted my neck and shoulder area. My feet are not cold any more and my morning dizziness was gone. My legs do not feel swollen. I highly recommend this place. It was the best massage I have ever had.
