Cornhole Guyz

First of all I want to say that the cornhole set is absolutely gorgeous. If you are from Pittsburgh and want a unique set that you can custom design, this is a good place to get it from. With that being said, the family who operates this company has NO customer service skills whatsoever. The father was a good salesman and told me that our set would be done in 10 days. He talked up the set very much and I was happy to pay for the set. I ordered my set on 6÷11÷13 and after 2 weeks I hadn’t heard back from anyone. I tried to call the two numbers that I had for them… no answer… I tried to e-​mail them… no response. I thought I was had and was getting ready to call my credit card company. The next day I got a text message from the son. After texting back and forth, he said that it would be done in a few days and I would have it by the 4^th of July. By the week of the 4^th, I started to text and call again… no response. I finally got a response from the son and he said that it would be done on the third. I texted back on the third asking when I could pick it up and he said, the covers haven’t arrived and they should be here anytime… and that I could pick it up on the 4^th. That didn’t work for me because we were heading to camp and had hoped to take them there for an extended weekend. Finally, the next week, I texted several times asking if I could pick them up on Monday and he responded after a couple of texts and calls that his mom hadn’t completed the bags yet. Finally, on Wednesday I was able to pick them up. When I got there, he was tying the handles onto the sets and I think he gave me used bags to go with the set. All in all, the sets are very nice and came out as I had hoped. If you do order from this family, just make sure you leave months in advance of when you need them and keep on them the entire time, otherwise, who knows how long it would take.

Giving this business one star is being generous. I would really say zero stars. This «business» owner is unprofessional and really does not care at all about customers. I waited over two months to get a cornhole board set I ordered, receiving excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t complete– that is whenever I did receive a response. I asked for a simple phone call and an update on my boards– all he could do was text back. After two months, I finally got a response which clearly stated that he had not even started making my cornhole boards. This guy tends to stretch the order process out until after the 45 day mark, when Paypal will no longer dispute claims. I would rather have a plastic set from WaMart that support Cornhole Guyz. If you don’t do a lot of internet research, do yourself a favor and call the local Lower Burrell Police Department– they are all too familiar with this guy because they have had so many complaints. He did have a Guest book on his website, but recently deleted it because he had so many negative comments on it.

Ordered a set online in early June. In mid July I emailed him asking about my order. He claimed it went to junk mail he would work on it right away. In August I texted him asking again. He got upset because I opened a dispute in Paypal. He told me to drop the dispute and he would then begin work on my set. I did. He took another week and charged me an extra $ 20 because the original set I ordered wasn’t available anymore. When my husband picked up the set, he had his elderly parents there. The coward couldn’t even face us. Terrible! Don’t ever order from here! Lots of people can make sets just as nice.
