Ken Savage Photography

Ken is a mutli-​talented guy. He’s very easy to work with and knows what he’s doing. Excellent with portraiture.

Ken was fun to deal with. He knew exactly how to capture the shots we needed to make a family picture very special. He even played around with black and white and other filters to give us a flavor for different images.
Two things I would say (which is why I am not giving him five stars) for improvement for him and advice for other clients:
1. I would have appreciated it if he had followed through on having some inside shots. We had discussed this several times, especially since it was winter and we weren’t sure what the weather was going to be like. If it snowed or rained, we would have been left with no shots because the place he had chosen for inside shots was closed…
2. Price — I didn’t realize this fee was a blanket price. I was told it was per hour. We were only with him for 15 minutes. Ken, please be clear with people what their cost may be (i.e., does it include your processing and playing around in Photoshop?). I could and should have asked up front, but I do believe that is also the responsibility of the photographer to be clear about as well.
Thank you for accommodating us on a cold day, Ken. Me and my family really appreciate it. The pictures came out great!

I own a salon in downtown Lowell called EYEFUL Beauty I needed to update the Stylist head shoots for my website. Ken worked with my staff making them feel comfortable in their poses. He worked with all of us around the salon using the fun décor as back drops. The pictures turned out wonderful, they were exactly what I was looking for. Ken was a pleasure to do business with.
He showed up on time, was very organized, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to listen and understand what kind of portraits I wanted and made sure that we tried out all of my ideas. Ken also had some very creative and unique ideas of his own and those are the portraits that turned out to be my favorites!
Ken also made the process for getting the prints very simple. I chose the prints I wanted from an online gallery and had them sent to my home in a few short days! I HIGHLY recommend Ken Savage Photography!
