Evolution Hair Design & Day Spa

Went there for the first time on February 6^th I believe. The people there automatically makes you feel welcome. Kim gave me my very first manicure and it was great chatting with her. Such a sweet and amazing woman. Alex was the person who did my hair. I’m going from a boxed color (dark brownish) to blonde highlights. Not only was she honest with me (I prefer honesty over unrealistic expectations) but she made me feel comfortable with the change every step of the way. A woman who not only knows what she’s doing but can explain in depths why she’s doing it is definitely someone I would trust with my hair any day. I can go on and on about the great experience there but I’ll leave it at: it’s a great place filled with great people who will make you feel and look good walking out. Definitely recommended.

I’ve been going to Evolution for close to a year now. Prior to that, I had my hair styled (cut and foiled) at a salon in downtown Boston. At Evolution, I found the perfect replacement. Quality hair styling close to home at an affordable price. I go to Alex. She listens to what I ask for and she’s so versatile that I usually ask for something a little different each time. I have short hair so it is important for my hair to be styled and not cut.
The staff are friendly and treat me as if I’ve been going for years.
The Salon itself is exceptionally clean and stylish.
I haven’t had a spa treatment there yet but I get that relaxing spa feeling the minute I walk through the doors.

As I walked in. I was warmly greeted offered coffee, tea, iced coffee, wine, cookies. Was such a nice treat. Felt right at home. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Had my hair cut n colored. She did a fantastic job. Very happy. Must try. Looking forward to a massage

I was blown away! I have very difficult hair. So difficult that most stylist I have seen in the past have not been brave enough to give me what I truly wanted. The moment I met Alexandra I knew she would be the right fit for the new look I was trying to achieve. She knows what she is doing. Thanks to her I went from jet black hair to being a fiery red head. She is professional and pleasant. If you do not give her and her salon a chance you will be missing out!

Been going to this salon for a while and I absolutely love it there. I go to Alex for my hair and she understands my twitchyness about being touched and works with me very well. My color always looks great. I go to Bryanna to get my nails done and even tho I am the furthest thing from a girlie girl they hold up. Through working on my jeep and weekend long off roading/​camping and full house work I have only ever chipped one nail when I shut my hand in a door. I highly recommend the gel manicure.

I went here to try something new with my hair. Not only where they accommodating to my rough scheduling request (the owner came in to do my appt only) my hair came out fantastic! Alex was very thorough and explained everything she was doing to my hair. She told me what cut would bring out the nice pink highlights we were putting in and she was right on point. I could not be more happy about my cut and color. I would highly recommend her salon to anyone with any hair needs.

I had the owner do my hair. She was very nice but I don’t think people from Bourne, MA knows how to work on Asian hair. I had to bleach my hair out more to get to the color I asked for. I can’t go back to a place that left me brassy. I was going to tell her to lighten it up after she was done but it was 9pm and I felt bad.

Had a wonderful experience getting eyebrows threaded by Añu today. Very professional and clearly knows her craft
Found them through Groupon and would definitely go back again.

Robert has been doing my hair for years and is about as amazing as you can get! Becky under the direction of Robert is my colorist and is equally amazing they make a great team! I trust him so much that I sit down and he just does his magic! He changes the color and cut often and I have never left the salon looking any but fabulous! Everyone at the salon is friendly and kind they all go out of their way to make your visit an enjoyable experience.

I have been going here for a little while now, I have been to many different stylist within the salon and Amy is by far my favorite.
Price is good, only thing I don’t like is the amount of time in advance you need to call to get in. I am a last minute person and this isn’t a good walk in salon

Went for my first time today and saw Amy Conley. Now, I have very thick, curly hair and it was about halfway down my back when I decided I needed a change. After promising Amy I wouldn’t cry in her chair and with the encouragement and jokes from the staff at Evolution, I decided to chop it all off into a pixie cut. I was terrified for the majority of the time but the atmosphere really did wonders to put me at ease. I walked out of there with MUCH less hair and a MUCH happier attitude. I love my hair and I loved my experience! I will definitely be going back, possibly for a little coloring next time! Fantastic experience and Amy is amazing!

I have been seeing Amy O’Donnell for the past few months and couldn’t be happier with my hair. She knows how to work with it. My hair is extremely thick & curly and she can blow it out with out using a straigening iron it and it looks amazing! It last for a good 3 – 4 days! My color is also perfectly matched! Amy is very professional and spends quality time with me. It is great to leave a salon and love how your hair looks! How many times have we left a salon and couldn’t wait to get home and wash hair to try and fix it?! Not the case here! Highly recommend Evolutions Amy O’Donnell! Also, the staff is extremely friendly and the salon has a nice energy about it! :)

I’ve been a client here for several years. Nice array of services available and the staff are very friendly and professional. A step up from your average salon, and prices are very reasonable. The waiting area can feel a little cramped when it’s busy, but the staff make a really good effort to ensure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. I have had decent massages, and good pedicures. Joni is great for waxing, very helpful and accommodating.
I see Diana for my haircuts, and she is outstanding. Prior to seeing her I had never really had a hairstylist that I loved. I found a few that were good enough, but not so much that I stuck around for more than a couple of years. I’m so happy to have finally found someone that I absolutely love. She is able to give me exactly what I’m looking for, even when I can’t seem to clearly articulate it. And on those occasions when I don’t really know what I want, just something «different», she seems to have the perfect suggestion. I’m always happy when I leave her, and I get compliments from friends and coworkers whenever I get a haircut.
Only downside, the location off drum hill can be very inconvenient during the evening rush hour. Traffic getting out sometimes is awful!
