This place used to be my go to nail spot for 2 years straight I was a loyal customer. Nancy the owner was the only one who ever did both my nails and eyebrows. A year ago I decided to take a break from acrylic nails. I recently went to a new place for my birthday who did a great job and I needed a fill and decided to come back here. Well even though I had an appointment Nancy had a girl in her chair and another waiting. So I decided to let someone else do my nails after all it’s just a fill. Well BIG mistake, she cut me multiple times to te point of blood being drawn. I was burned with the electric file and to top it off this lady put some horrendous smelling acid stuff on me that felt like I had been burned by 10 lighters(1 for each finger). The lady next to her was on her phone bare foot and picking her nose that’s a classy employee if I ever did see one. I was there for 2 hours for a fill. I never got my eyebrows done becasue as soon as 5 people showed up for pedi’s I was forgotten about. I was almost in tears I was so upset and I still gave a tip because my nails did look pretty but I can assure you I will never be back!

Definitely had the worst experience in the years last Friday! I never write bad reviews, but my experience had me so upset that I had to take this measure. I arrived at 5:30pm last Friday for a pedicure. I picked out my color and was seated right away. There was four(4) staff working and they will all working on customers. There was nobody else there at this point waiting for services, just me. As people were coming in, they were being served first, while I just sat there. I could completely understand they were appointments, but it didn’t seem like that was the case. I sat in the chair with my feet in cold water for almost an hour until I finally had someone attend to me. I was never acknowledged at any point during my wait. No one, not even the owner came up to me a said«I’m sorry, we are very busy, if you don;t mind waiting, we will get to you as soon as possible.» Had that been said, I would have gladly waited, but that never occurred. And I chose to stay because at that point, it was already 6:30, and all nearby nail salons were closing soon and I needed to get pedicure done that day. I had a teenage boy give me a pedicure, which I know he was trying his hardest, but it just wasn’t working out. By the time I left, it was already 7:30!!! Yes 7:30, I was stuck there for 2 hours!!! I believe the owner could see that I was not happy, so she discounted my pedicure $ 1.00! Seriously, $ 1.00…awful, just awful. I will never set foot in this place again, and it’s a shame because the salon itself is very cute. But the fact that I had to wait so long, and never be acknowledged at all, or even an «I’m sorry» is just pitiful!!!

I decided to head over and try my luck at Deluxe for a mani/pedi. The salon is nice enough, but the longer I was there, I did notice that it could use a cleaning. The floors needed a mopping and the area rugs have got to go. Pedi tubs were wiped down after use but I’m not sure how well mani stations were cleaned between clients. The pedicure was OK… But just OK. My tech jumped right in without moving my chair back far enough for me to be comfortable the initial clip did hurt a bit because my feet didn’t soak long. She took her time and didn’t rush the exfoliating rub but I did leave with rough spots on my soles. The polish looks fine but there are a few mistakes that weren’t cleaned up. My manicure was disappointing. I was clipped too deep early on and it was pretty painful. The polish was messy and left much to be desired. I think more time was spent trying to clean up the edges and I still left with spots everywhere. The polish was heavy in places and wrinkled and chipped as I left too. All in all, I’m going to try elsewhere next time.
