It’s funny because every time I go the icee machine is down. Doesn’t matter if it’s the middle of the day or eleven at night. It’s practically the best part of even going to Burger King. Not to mention the cold food and lazy service. Such mediocracy when there are half a dozen other options on the street.

Horrible Service. Went inside because I thought it would be faster than the drive through. Boy was I wrong! They serviced about 20 cars before I was given my food. The icee machine was down so I asked them if they had one back there that they used for the drive through. They said they did not. So you would have me believe if I ordered an icee through the drive through their worker would have to walk out into the seating area to pour a cup? My food was cold by the time I got it. Your better off going to the Tewksbury Burger King.

Worst service ever, first time ordered a double whopper, they gave me a single and charged me for a double. Second time they forgot the pie and still charged me for it… Don’t waste your time.

Seriously the worst Burger King! Don’t even waste your $. I don’t know how they stay in business. Your order is never correct, and you’re lucky if you even get what you order. Too many other places close by that actually know how to prepare your order.

i’m a fan of the king, but i refuse to eat at this location. terrible service. long wait at the drive thru for a messed up order and cold fries. i’ve given them several chances but i’ve given up.
