Best Auto Bargain

Over the past month I have been in the market for a vehicle. I stopped by several dealerships to review inventory and test drive vehicles but did never felt comfortable making a buying decision. Last week I decide to provide my contact information to Best Auto Bargain while reviewing the used car inventory on-​line. I received a call and decided to set up an appointment. I had an initial consult with Garen. Garen took the time to identify my needs and budget prior to offering options. Garen was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He made the car buying experience easy and followed through on every detail we discussed and answered every question. Overall, from the moment I walked into Best Auto Bargain to purchasing a vehicle the experience was excellent. I would recommend Best Auto Bargain to family and friends that are in the market for a new or used car.

Bought a 2006 Jeep from Best Auto Bargain on Stedman St in Lowell. We should have known from the start that there would be issues. The drivers seat didn’t move and they had that fixed. Then after the purchase, the 3^rd brake light wouldn’t come on and failed inspection. I called and they kept saying that they would take care of it and that they «are good guys». Well, after dealing with their mechanic who slammed the jeep door on me and was an ass because I needed the light fixed ASAP, I fixed the light myself. A few weeks later we had snow on the roof and as it started to melt, it started leaking inside. I took video and called them. I was told that If they can’t see it leaking there was nothing they could do. So now the 30days are gone. I bring the jeep for an oil change at Jiffy Lube and the tech brought me downstairs to show me the leaking going on. The tech also told me that I should never have purchased a vehicle from these guys. Where were you in Nov? So now it’s 5k miles and less than 6 mos after the purchase and the engine starts making loud metal sounds and oil going everywhere. This is bullshit.
We got taken and part of that is our fault because we liked the Jeep and trusted these guys.
