Requested a quote from Bain Pest to have a skunk trapped and relocated from underneath my garage. Customer service representative by the name of «Leslie» said she would forward my request to their wildlife division, through Baystate Wildlife, and I would be hearing shortly from «Kirsty». It’s been ten days now and still no response. Poor service on both ends.

Great service!
I called Bain early on Thursday September 27 for a Yellow Jacket problem. The Yellow Jackets had built and populated a large nest under the siding of our house. Their representative, Peter Bessette, arrived shortly after noontime and dispatched our problem in short order.
We would certainly refer others to patronize Bain.

Just a fantastic company.
I’ve used Bain non-​stop since 2004, both in Winchendon and in Dunstable. This is a friendly, customer-​focused company with unbelievably great service. The prices are reasonable and you won’t find a better provider. They’ve even managed to keep our same provider, George, with us for 8 years. Top notch.

Would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them if you’re having any kind of infestation. We appreciate their help & their donation. They followed through & went above & beyond.
