Quality Inn & Suites

The amenities of this hotel were fine but I had a terrible experience with the staff, particularly the general manager. He barged into one of the rooms (no knock just entered immediately) I had rented and started complaining to us about having too many people in our rooms. Granted we did have more people than initially planned, he did not treat me as a paying customer should be treated. I was spoken to in an angry and condescending tone, and immediately threatened to be kicked out of the hotel simply for having more people staying in the rooms than I denoted when booking online. I handled the situation by trying to calm him down and immediately agreeing to pay for the extra people that we had in our rooms, but was appalled with how I was treated. I would not recommend this, or any other Quality Inn, and they have certainly lost my business in the future.

Avoid this crap hole at all cost.
It’s in the middle of no where, the owner/​manager is unfriendly. I’m pretty sure his hold family lives in the first 2 rooms on the bottom floor. There are no restaurants within 5 miles of here. The beds are horrible.
Franchisees like the ones here, give the Choice Hotel a bad name
