Starbucks

Same problem I have with all Starbucks, the shots are burnt and it makes the coffee horrible, the staff is more concerned with talking to each other than helping their fellow employees or interacting with the customers.

I went stopped in on my way home to get a little caffeine. I wanted the new Carmel honey Frappuccino but they were out of the caramel. Then tried to order the smoked butterscotch but they said they no longer offer it even though they had a picture advertising the product. So I settled on very berry hibiscus which was a big disappointment had barely any flavor and to much ice. I won’t be returning to this location.

Love the staff here! Our drinks are always correct and tasty and the baristas are very friendly and patient with difficult orders. We ran in just today and the staff helped make today special for my wife on our 5^th anniversary by covering her drink cup in hearts and «Happy 5^th Anniversary!» before we got through the drive thru.

Gah! This Starbucks is always ssssllllllooooowwwww. I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes over half of the times I’ve been here. Today– one car in the drive through line ahead of me and I’ve been waiting 8.5 mins for an iced passion tea.
The end product is usually fine. It’s just not the place to go if you are in a hurry.

I really wish this Starbucks was up to par with the rest. However typically they put more syrup in their drinks & are much slower. It is 6pm & it just took 9 minutes to make my drink!

Slowest Starbucks in the world! I have been to a lot of Starbucks everywhere all over the country including airports and this is by far the slowest one I have ever experienced! If you have a good 10 or 15 minutes this would be a perfect spot but if you are needing something quick do not stop here!

So fed up with this location!!! Don’t ever go inside as there is usually one 1 barista and the drive thru gets priority. The staff is mostly unenthusiastic about customer satisfaction with the exception of the drive thru attendant. The store is dirty and they have one working umbrella on their patio. When asked about it they don’t seem to care. Second time they lost my drink order and no apology or care on the staffs part. What happened to the «this drinks on us» philosophy?
Cross the highway to the Centerra location. They are on top of their game and the store is beautiful.

Great service, can be busy with the Chick-​a-​fil traffic. If it is, use the west entrance of the strip mall.
