The food is still very good but the service has gotten ridiculously slow over the last year. It’s pretty normal to wait up 45 min– 1 hr for food after ordering when the restaurant is not that busy. We hate to do it, but we will probably go somewhere else from now on, we have gotten tired of waiting for Perkins to get it together.

Taking my DH for a Father’s Day breakfast, we popped into Perkins. We had an hour and a half before our movie and knew Perkins would be just the place to grab a quick bite. We could not have been more wrong… It started off well enough. We were immediately seated in one of the last available tables. It took a while for someone to take our order, but, I get it, they are busy. My husband ordered the some sort of «Man’s meal” – I’ll cut him some slack, it is Father’s Day. I ordered a ham and egg scramble – only five bucks! Daughter went for lunch, the chicken finger melt. That is when things went terribly wrong. Forty minutes later, we still had no food. We may have been able to tolerate it if they didn’t have password protected wifi and an absentee server. The clock is ticking on our movie as well. In fairness, my daughter’s chicken melt was delicious. Too bad none of us had time to finish our meals. The hash browns were left off my plate and my husband could have practiced his burgeoning charcoal art hobby with his charred toast. Most of our food was«ok» to «pretty good», but get your act together, Perkins. The kitchen needs to up its game for timeliness and food quality. Don’t pass off burnt toast as «blackened». Servers need to stay engaged and stop hiding from angry customers. It would take a lot to get me back to Perkins with great choices out there like«Doug’s Day Diner.»

Great food, large portion sizes, extraordinary customer service, but my server brought my check while I was still eating and that’s one one my pet peeves. Would have been 5 stars other then that.

Food was OK, service was very, very slow. It was like the entire staff worked in waves. We’d see no staff out front, then all of the sudden it seemed like everyone was out there. Then, boom gone again. It was an OK experience over all, but it was very very slow. Won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Went to this location frequently when they opened. Service has steadily declined, and I’ll go 10 miles out of my way now to enjoy a meal that doesn’t leave me frustrated about the awful service. If you don’t mind waiting forever and being ignored by a server, you’ll be fine.

I am a marketing coordinator for a local orthodontist and every July we bring pies around to dentist offices as a thank you. I got a request for Perkins pies and called this location because I had dined here before and had a great experience. I was additionally impressed by the courteous and quick service and knowledge of the staff. I would definitely recommend.

Food wasn’t good at all, didn’t get food as ordered or all what was ordered, service was sub-par. Reminded me if a gross diner. To be fair the server was polite.

Horrible, I had a very bad experience with Perkins a few years ago with food poisoning. We were out late and it was close. So we chose to give them a second chance. Bad choice. After waiting 25 minuites for our order I was told thy they were out of the soup I ordered. So I substituted for a whole sandwich. Then 10 minuite later we were informed that they were out of the noodles for the beef stroginoff dinner special my husband ordered. By this time he didn’t want to change totaly his choice, so what option did he have. They substituted pena pasta and that was fine, except it takes 20 minutes to cook pasta. So after our 50 minuite wait I receive a sandwich with hard stale crust that I have to cut ½ inch of bread off in order to eat the dry toasted slightly filled with pot roast and carrot strips sandwich. They gave our grandson a cookie to make up for their inadequacy. But even he wouldn’t eat the hard hockey pucks they delivered. Never again is all I can say.

Good food at a very reasonable price. I was worried about the lack of cars in the lot but soon realized why… It’s the idiotic traffic pattern. Not their fault. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant the place was clean. An overall very good experience. I will return often since I’m in town for the next 4 months on business.

Fantastic food at a great price! My daughters love the Perky Bear pancakes. The service is mostly good. Also, Perkins supports the local community with various promotions including the Eagles win, you win breakfast.

Opened in 2010, this restaurant is more like a traditional coffee shop and open 24 hours a day. Not many places in the area are, so this stop fills a niche for weary travelers. Prices are great. Food is decent. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The children menu has a nice selection and colorful characters. Our visits usually are for quick, light meals between errands. There is always plenty of specials and interesting alternatives to a typical burger and fries. The coffee has been good, nothing fantastic, just good and warm. The bakery is always well stocked. The muffins are usually big, so they’re easy to share. When this place first opened they were extremely overstaffed and very pushy about selling the baked goods. It’s nice to see they dialed back in both areas.
