I will start by saying everyone who works here is SUPER nice and does their best to make this a good tanning salon. But the past few times I’ve been there I’ve been disappointed. I believe the problem lies both with the Palm Beach company and the management.
They are often out of things, be it light bulbs, certain sunless solutions. They are also often very understaffed and the wait is long. Palm Beach itself often runs either radio specials or gives out coupons that have no fine print… but trust me it’s there. Whether or not its that the sessions expire or that the deal is one time only I rarely feel like it’s as good of a deal as they make it out to be.
This place gets the job done, but it leaves something to be desired.
