The quality of their food has gone downhill over the years. Service is hit or miss. We come for the guacamole live and the fish tacos. If your kids like fish tacos(mine have been eating them since they could eat real food), split a meal with them because you will get overcharged otherwise. We also really like the empanadas and cilantro lime rice(you have to ask for it specifically).

the food was fantastic great service!!! only give them a 4 star because wait times were 35 minutes and we had to sit at the bar to the time they called us for a table we already finished eating .but great food and service, bartenders were friendly and checked on us regularly

The service was excellent but my Border Bowl was only passable. The cook burned the portobello mushrooms and there was far more rice than corn or beans or avocado. The Agave Margarita was undrinkable: sweet without a taste of cactus or even tequila. Hubby ordered the Hatch Chili Enchiladas and was very happy with them. We both liked the décor and the kind waitress removed my drink from the check.

My wife ordered a carry out bean burrito, and a beef and bean burrito. On the positive side, they tasted good, on the negative side, we paid almost $ 25 dollars for the order. The burritos alone were about the size of a taco bell bean burrito, which only cost $.99 there. The side portions of beans and rice were about 3 to 4 bites, very small. Overall, this restaurant is way too expensive for such small portions. I feel so ripped off and I will never, never eat there again. Ken Ft. Collins

We LOVE the food here, but the last few times the service has been sub-par. This last time was the worst. We were not greeted when we walked into the restaurant, and when we were finally seated, we left after 25 minutes of not being attended to. Several waitstaff walked by, and didn’t even acknowledge us. I understand busy, but this was unacceptable.

If the hostesses aren’t being rude and unwelcoming then the service from the wait staff is less than enviable. We waited for over 20 minutes before someone even asked if we had been helped. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and there were plenty of servers, but the manager blamed the wait on a shift change. We can handle a wait, but when the man who ended up being our waiter had been circling the room with a pitcher of water for 10 minutes before we called a manager over, there is no excuse as to why he couldn’t also take our drink order. Waited another 30 minutes for food, which came out with another table’s order. We literally got to watch our order get taken back to the kitchen, where apparently it was then dropped. They forgot to put red chile on my burrito, served my boyfriend a plate with no rice because«it fell off». The food looked great on the tray before they took it back to the kitchen for no reason! We ended up getting our queso and half my lunch order comped. About $ 5 off the total bill. Will not be going back.

My daughter and I eat here often and I have to be honest the food is either hit or miss. Sometimes it’s excellent and other times it’s lukewarm and doesn’t taste right. We ate there tonight and the food was decent however the beans were way too salty. The service was excellent tonight.

We called ahead and were seated promptly. The chips and salsa were fresh and enjoyable. The con queso dip was thin, flavorless, scorched, and watery. One in our party asked our waiter if they carried O’Dool’s alcohol-free beer. He said they didn’t. Moments later he was asked if they carried ANY alcohol-free beer. He replied they didn’t. We asked«are you sure?» He said yes. Curious, I went to the bar and asked the bartender if they carried alcohol free beer. He responded, «Only O’Dool’s»! which I ordered, paid for, and carried to our table. We poured the beer and prominently displayed the empty bottle at the head of the table. The waiter approached our table and appeared visibly alarmed, but pretended it wasn’t there for the entire meal, never offering another or removing the bottle from the table! My wife ordered a portabella mushroom salad which later that evening gave her a stomach ache. I ordered classic chimichanga with carnitas, which arrived lukewarm and gave me gas all night. The waiter not once came by to ask if everything was all right and curtly presented the check BEFORE dessert was served. You would do best to avoid this place.

We got there after the lunch rush and still waited 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us even though several wait staff saw us there. Once we got seated our waitress came and took our order and we ended up waiting for 45 minutes for our food. When we got it, it was barely Luke warm. I am a big fan of OTB and haven eaten at several of them thru out the Midwest and this one is by far the WORST. I will not be going back.

The Hostess staff was so nice and professional! They were all so friendly and sat us quickly and stopped by and inquired about our visit. The server staff was great. Started with Guacamole Live and it was fresh and delicious! Then had the tomatillo chicken. It was a home run!!! The OTB has is going on!

Decent food but service wasnt the greatest. Hostess didn’t seem to enjoy her job or happy at all for that matter. Hostess oversat the waiter so he had a difficult time attending to all of his tables well. Asked 2 different servers 2 different times for sour cream and never received it until we asked a 3rd time. Such a bummer experience this go around and I’m not sure if we’ll come back to this location. Maybe when it’s not so busy.

We were there tonight and had seats facing the kitchen, where we could see the manager helping in the kitchen WITHNOGLOVESON, using his fingers to put shells, lettuce, cheese ect on people’s plates. I asked to talk to the manager and he never appeared, we ended up leaving. But I did take a picture of the manger touching food with his bare hands. And will be turning him in. Disgusting!

For a chain place I really like it here. It won’t compete with a good hole in the wall Mexican food place where you better know a little Spanish to order, but it is absolutely better than chiles, ruby Tuesday, etc etc. The service has always been good. Portions are large, drinks are good. It would be nice if the servers knew the price of the drinks/margaritas and could tell me more about them. I don’t mind upgrading and paying more for a margarita but I would like to know what I’m getting including the liquor upgrade. Salsa is good. All food I’ve ordered has been good. Guacamole live is really good. Guac, made at your table.

First time here and not impressed. The food is bland overpriced TexMex. The breakfast burrito did not include meat which was a dollar more. The presence of the meat was hardly detectable which is not good when you pay more. Same problem with the three very small chunks of unseasoned chicken in the taco salad. Service was good. We will not be back.

Had dinner here last night during the main rush. Ordered the enchilada suizas and the wife had a create your own combo with a tostada and enchilada. When the food arrived she got the smallest tostada we have ever seen, it was like a mini tostada. My enchilada suizas had a strange flavor combo as the sauce on top was sort of sweet tasting but the chicken inside was pretty spicy. The rice and beans that came with each meal was pretty average at best. The best part of our experience was the chips and salsa and margaritas. For the price seemed like the food missed the mark completely for what they gave you.

We were headed down I25 looking for somewhere to grab something to eat. We spotted this place and grabbed the exit quick. It was pretty good but not great. It was Monday and they had a All you can eat enchiladas for $ 8.99 so that’s what we both ordered. It’s a good thing it was all you can eat cuz they were pretty small. The pork had a green chili sauce that was really good. The beef and cheese came with red enchilada sauce that was not very good at all. The chicken had some white sauce that was pretty good. Their salsa was nice and spicy but the chips were to salty. The problem started early the next morning when I had to keep running to the bathroom for half the day. My husband wasn’t as bad off as me but we were both suffering. We eat spicier food than this all time and never get sick. I don’t know what it was but it didn’t sit well with us.

I used to love this place when I lived in southern AZ, so thought we would stop in for lunch today. Should have steered clear… The place is FILTHY. The menus were covered in dried food, the walls and floors were foul, and when our food was delivered, I noticed as the server set the plates down that the underside of the plates were absolutely covered with dried food too. How did that even happen? As we looked around more, there was dust on the window sills, dust on the hanging lights over the tables, foul dirt/dust all over the air vents in the walls and ceilings. Gross gross gross. The service was okay — good at the beginning. We got chips and salsa promptly and our drinks and meals were quick, but our server was SUPER slow to notice that we needed refills, and took at least 10 minutes to bring us our bill after we had boxed our food and were sitting there with jackets on and wallets out. The worst part of the serve staff was the amount of standing around we saw — we saw them standing and chatting with one another, sitting in a corner booth taking breaks, and one server was massaging the shoulders of another while she was entering things on the computer. Inappropriate and unprofessional, especially when you are standing less than 6 feet away from customers. The food was OTB food — we can get better food at a much cleaner establishment. We will never go back, I assure you.
