We got new blinds for our entire home and Shanda was AMAZING. She was patient as we changed our minds about features and colors and gave suggestions when necessary. She worked with us on her scheduled days off and always with a smile on her face. Sherri the manager was also great in helping get our information into their system. This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend stopping by for home improvement assistance! Thanks Shanda!

I came in here this afternoon intending to purchase some drainage pipe and associated drainage accessories but could not get to any of them because they had parked all their trees in front of the entire drainage isle. Unbelievable, what a HUGE waste of my time coming here to shop. Management should be embarrassed by the poor decision that was made to block the entire drainage isle and there was NO room to access anything. WTF– this place is a joke stay far away from here unless you want headaches and wasted time.

Anytime we new home improvements we do not hesitate to use Lowes. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and they contract with the most reputable companies. Love the warranties they offer. Best garden shop too.
Sheri in blinds/​paint is great to work with always goes the extra mile for customer service.

Lowe’s, my go-​to place for home improvement projects. I especially like their garden center and their clearance plants. Most of them have made it and have matured into beautiful plants. I would chose them over Home Depot anytime.

I like this store way more than the store in Thornton/​Westminster. Went to buy a freezer and they were out. Oh well. Haven’t had any other problems with them. Staff I’d always friendly and very nice to both me and my wife.

The young lady in Window Treatments/​Coverings, was a delight to work with, and she did a fantastic job with getting our special order for the Bali’s blinds done for us.

Was needing help sink that was up high a employee walked by asked if I needed help. I said yes can you help me get that sink down he said «Oh just press that button over there and someone will help you.» he then walked away. I went to Home Depot and made my purchase.

Poor service, seldom an employee when you want one. Most disturbing is their biased advertising as seen when they pulled ads from All American Muslim based on a right-​wing email campaign, I thought this was the land of religious freedom, tolerance and acceptance? Who runs their company, customers or a PAC?

I was contacted by a manager from corporate as well as the local Lowe’s branch in Loveland and was offered an apology as well as an explanation. I appreciated being taken seriously as well as the time to contact me. Would consider giving Lowe’s another chance.

Its good … between home depot and lowes I would take lowes for the selection and price but home depot on service and knowledge of the workers.
