I am a fairly new patient with Dr. Lauren. I came to know of Dr. Lauren and Kolowski Wellness center after my wife was accessed, got her advise, and followed her nutrition program and experienced surprising initial healing results in a short time. Wanting to also keep proactive in maintaining health I went for one of their free informational classes and accessments. Their program and services were clearly explained and understandable and I chose to get a full accessment. Since joining the wellness program last month I have been aware of changes I need to follow, and also experiencing less fatigue and digestion issues. Exactly what I needed help with. I have been visiting with both Dr. Lauren and Dr. David for about a year now. They are friendly, considerate and very informative as to what they do for you while they take care of your health.
The rest of the staff members are also always very warm and welcoming.~
I am young and in fairly good health and I am hoping to get even healthier. I am hoping to have a family later but I have been having hormonal issues for about a decade now and Dr. Lauren has been amazing with educating me on how to go about on the right path to getting healthier to eventually meet that goal.
Because everything they do here is all «natural» and non-​invasive, nothing here would be a «quick» fix. It is a process, sometimes long, but it’s worth it!~

I was sick with walking pneumonia for more than 3 months and had been to many specialists who drugged me. No results. I came to see Dr. Kolowski after a post on Facebook warranted an invitation and offer of a solution. Being in Virginia made it a bit hard and I was tired of being sick. I made the trip and within 3 days of the visit most of my symptoms were gone. He did his analysis and found nutritional deficiencies that stopped my body from healing itself. He realigned my spine, gave me some info on exercises and nutrition and recommended a few high quality supplements. Made all the difference in the world. I have literally driven or flown back to see him at least every other month since then. Now, almost a year after my first visit I can say I have worked through many things in my body and I continue to greatly improve. I have not seen an MD since my first visit. Taking pills to kill things is very different than taking supplements to allow my body to heal itself. Biggest perk for me is I can drink coffee again with little to no symptoms. Previously it caused stabbing pain. If you choose health and vitality I recommend this office above all else.
