I just received a Taz printer from this business. Approx. ten items are faulty or broken and it’s not from shipping. Apparently, I’ll have to pay return shipping on the item if returned. Even if the shop sends all the missing and broken parts they shipped, it will be a big pain and time consuming to change out to the working parts. They also overcharged me by the quoted price and have yet to receive a refund to the correct amount. Essentially if you ask for chocolate, they will give you vanilla. The owners word means nothing. If this review stays up, you’ll know they never made good on working parts on the machine.
