If I were to run a game store, this is what my dream would be. Phenomenal stock for all systems, rare games in a display case, toys, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and game music playing in the background. I was blown away. I’ve never actually seen a store with more Gamecube stock than this one, and they have tons of games for Genesis, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Xbox360, Xbox One, NES, SNES, N64, Wii and other retro systems as well. I even saw boxed Atari and Master System games. They have a wall of video game plushes and toys, which are well-priced and 100% official. This is rare to see, as most stores pick up cheap unofficial stock. Staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, and there were two employees to help. They acknowledged me upon entering and asked if I was looking for something, and then we chatted quite a bit about games after I browsed, which was great. Regarding pricing of games, they are collectors prices, so you’re not going to find a $ 2 Earthbound, but this sort of store that prides itself on game knowledge SHOULD price to market value. Find your steals at the pawn shop. The games I did pick up, while nothing special, I felt were good deals. I visited this store first and HAD to hit the other location. This location seems to have more of the modern stuff, while the other location is more retro, but both have a lot of stock for any system you could want. They’ll even put you on a wait list if you’re looking for something specific! If you like gaming at all, it’s definitely worth your time.

It’s a good store if you are looking for more obscure games, most of the popular games are marked up such as $ 70 for super smash bros mêlée(worth $ 50 as of today with the case). I have attended a few of the events they hold here and had a blast. They have a large selection of games from just about every console, dvds, plush, and lots of other cool stuff. I had purchased a gameshark from them for the N64, but when I got home it was not working(very typical for them as they were poorly made and its hard to find a working one) and I had already lost the recite for it. When I brought it back the guy was very understanding and replaced it for me and gave me a new recite. He tested a lot of the gamesharks as well and pulled the ones that were not working properly to fix any problems in the future

This kind of game store is a rarity now days. The staff there is great they make an effort to give great and personal service. This game store has a lot packed into it they have swag, retro systems games and accessories, cards, animé, and they do events too! There trade in policy is great to boot! I can’t give it five stars because the cards are really hard to look thru srry. But I still really love this place.

The employees are knowledgable, and the collection they have is pretty vast. A lot of the older games are overpriced in my opinion, but that’s the same story for most vintage game stores. Sometimes you can get a good deal however, and it’s always nice to see things in the flesh as opposed to buying online. Overall a solid place to check out if you’re looking for older games or accessories.

My son bought two brand new aftermarket gamecube controllers from here. They are both defective with sticky buttons and one is completly broken now(the day after purchase). The next day they only offered to replace with two of the same aftermarket controllers. No store credit to get a good controller and no cash back of course. Lesson here for us? Don’t buy aftermarket controllers only original. Lesson for local game store? Have a better return policy so customers come back and you get good word-of-mouth which is the most important thing when you are local.

This store was AMAZING when it first opened. One of the few places where you can buy vintage video games from virtually every system imaginable. It felt like walking through a video game museum. Fast forward to present day. Seems like the owner is a sellout. His«good» inventory is long gone. Now, half the store is set up with tables so teens can play customized card games(Magic). Really? So sad the honeymoon is over. No need to purchase from here anymore.

I went here the other day and I was really impressed with the selection of games they have. They have everything! They even have tons of old games that you just can’t find anywhere else! They even have some older consoles too! Employees were very friendly as well. Prices seemed fair. I don’t think much of anything I specifically looked at was overpriced.

Great selection of old school and new video games and systems… it’s like walking through a museum. The inventory is enormous and overflowing, the prices reasonable, the staff helpful. Highly recommended!
