Domino’s Pizza

This place is wonderful, beyond fantastic. The management is always ready to fix a mistake or make u feel special. Best part is, they never mess up!!! I live about 15 minutes from this location and I order very late at night, usually around 11 30 or so. They never fuss and the food is always top notch. Their drivers are wicked fast. Everytime they open the delivery bag, steam just starts pouring out, you can tell that that pizza came right from that oven. I would definitely recommend this place especially since they have much better prices than everyone else around them.

I order from Dominos online probably once a week on average, maybe slightly less. I think lately it has been more often due to being stuck at home the last 4 months from having surgery twice. So I have had a bit of experience the last 10 months ordering delivery to my apartment, especially from this Dominos location.
I have never had a bad experience outside of them forgetting the occasional extra cup of marinara sauce for my pizza crust. (Only happened twice, so they are batting a pretty high average.)
Today I ordered their BBQ chicken bites, a medium pep and mushroom pizza, lava cake, and a two liter of soda. Everything was accounted for and tasted as expected. This was the first time I ordered the lava cakes, and I expected them to be a bit more in terms of flavor. But they seemed to be prepared appropriately and outside of that I thought everything else was spot on.
This time around my meal was a bit delayed on the delivery. I was watching some television and happened to look at the clock and realized it had been a while. Literally 10 seconds later I received a phone call from who I can only believe was the manager at this Dominos. She told me my food was on it’s way, and that it had been delayed a little bit. She apologized and was courteous through the whole phone call.
Truth be told even without the call I would not have been too put off, but this simple gesture went above what I have received from any other food chain and above what I expected from one. The gentleman who delivered my food, (he is sort of a regular for me recently,) apologized for being delayed. I told him I received a call and he said it was his fault, whether it was or not it was nice to see someone take responsibility.
I will continue to order from this Dominos even after I am back on my feet. The food is good, especially for being a chain restaurant. But the fact they care enough to give me a call to let me know my food is going to be 15 mins later than expected is enough to show me they care. Which means a lot to me.

Their thin crust pizza is probably my over all favorite type of pizza anywhere. All their other options are garbage.
